The home was more than we expected! Very well kept and had all the amenities we hoped for! Our group really enjoyed the hot tub, game room and large entertaining areas in the living room and kitchen. We ran into an issue with one of the 2 ovens (which was a big problem for me since we planned on using both and had asked ahead of time to make sure they were working). Fortunately, Destination Big Bear was able to send over a couple extra portable mini ovens to use which helped a great deal. Overall loved the home and would definitely recommend to others and stay here again!

Our large group enjoyed our weekend at Winterpark (our second Destination Big Bear rental). The cabin is located very close to the heart of big bear city. It was a gorgeous cabin, with a spacious yard, huge kitchen, fun game room, great hot tub, and amazing master bedroom. There were great amenities for our group and plenty of space to sleep. The refrigerator was leaking a bit during our visit, but it was still perfectly functional, and we didn't feel the need to have maintenance come, but we did alert DBB after we checked out. Also, there was a towel cabinet that was wide open so we used some of those towels, but they weren't white so we weren't entirely sure if we were allowed to use them - that was a bit unclear. Otherwise, great communication, easy check in, lots of space and privacy, and overall a highly recommended stay!
