This place was great and all the guests I brought with me loved it, very comfortably accommodated my group consisting of 3 adult couples and a father daughter duo. The hot tub on a cold night hit the spot and we loved the bear furnishings around the house. We will most definitely try to be back soon!

Great house layout and bear theme. The house had an open living and kitchen area that the family really enjoyed. The location was a few minutes away from our tourist attractions.

The house was nice and well appointed. We especially appreciated the labels on all light switches. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean and well equipped with enough blankets and pillows for everyone. Communication with Destination Big Bear was accurate. Our only dissappointment was that we could not get an answer on a late check out a couple of days before departure day. We had to ask again on departure day only to get a negative answer. We understand that sometimes late check out is not possible, but why make us ask again on departure day only to learn that there were other guests coming in and it was not possible?
