Destination Big Bear was highly responsive to any and all of my questions. We were required to go to their office beforehand in order to check in, but it was so quick that we were in and out within 3 minutes. The place is exactly as pictured and you could not get closer to Snow Summit. My family and I could snowboard in the morning, take a 4-minute walk back to the place for a quick lunch, then head back to the slopes immediately. The convenience of staying at a private place near the slopes was worth every penny. The water pressure in the showers was great and the water got warm easily as well. All appliances that we utilized were working and the kitchen was very clean. Clear instructions were given on how we should leave the place upon checkout. We did not need a late check-out, but during the off-season, they generously notified us that we had the option to call and see if we could do so at no charge (as of 4/30/2023). My family and I had a great time!

Good location. Right next to snow summit ski resort can walk to the ski academy within 2 mins. The interior is clean and nice. Good for family of 6
