Our Happy customer’s reviews
This listing is managed through Destination Big Bear, even though it is on AirBnB. They have been doing this for a while and know what they're doing, I stayed at several places they manage over the years and they are a pleasure to work with (even if it would be nice to have to drive to town to check in since the place uses keypads). This complex is also one of the only true ski-in/ski-out in Big Bear and is part of Bear Mountain. The place was clean, the dual-mode fireplace is really convenient and the unit matches the description. The 2nd bedroom has really nice beds that can sleep three in way more comfort than usual in units like those. Don't expect a place that is the pride of its owner, it seems pretty clear that this place isn't loved as it used to be and is now aging pretty much as a dedicated rental. I would certainly stay again but don't expect any frills or extras from the place.
