Cabin is spacious for 10 people; the kitchen is big, living room was also roomy. There is cable and Roku TV and had no issues with WiFi. There are 3 bathrooms, one with a small tub and two with standing showers; it was great taking a shower not worrying about others waiting their turn. There is plenty of hot water, no A/C, but multiple fans stored in the closets, lots of cups, plates, bowls, utensils, etc. There is a gas grill, a dining table for 10. We had a small cleanliness issue, but we contacted them and it was taken care of within 30 minutes. The only one thing we didn’t like too much was having to walk through the bunk bed bedroom to access two of the other bedrooms, although one of those two can be accessed through the back of the house too. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed longer.

Beautiful place, very well appointed, quiet, close to everything We thoroughly enjoyed out stay at the Ponderosa. The house was clean and comfortable. Two of the bathrooms look to be recently remodeled. The access to the garage was great. My son and I brought our dual sport bikes and were able to have them safe in there. Access to the garage it a bit weird, having to go through 1 of the bedrooms. The patio was a nice quiet getaway. The dinning room table was huge. Seats 8 people comfortably. The bunk bed room is a pass through room to get to the back bed rooms. It was nice to have the fans available. You may be in the mountains, but it still gets warm in the summertime. Only issue was the lack of towels and no dish towels. The management company said they would have brought some out, but we had all ready purchased some. Be sure to bring or by some toliet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. Looking forward to going back next summer.
