We splurged on this big cabin because we had a feeling it would stay cool during this hot weather and we were right! It was very comfortable and private and quiet. The trees and yard were beautiful and we loved the wrap around deck. It was great for our dog to hang out outside without getting dirty. The kitchen was very well stocked with cookware and dishes. We plan to return with friends in the future. Thank you for being dog friendly!

We chose this place because we know the location and have been in this area before. It's quiet and away from the busy tourist spots. The house was easy to find and we all loved the space it provided. We are a family of 5 and brought our dog. That limited our choices but we were also careful to have the dog inside a dog crate when we left the house for a few hours. Since the place was rated for 8 or 9 people, we all had our own beds and since there were 2.5 bathrooms, this was a great fit for a family or otherwise larger party. The hot tub is a bit older but it worked after switching the breaker off and on, since the electronics tripped. But this was stated in the instructions. I was a bit worried about the chlorine levels, so I adjusted those upon our visit. The BBQ worked great and there was plenty of propane around. We are always happy that someone lets us stay at their house and in return, we treat it as it was our own and we always leave it in great shape.
