One of the best cabins we’ve stayed in so far. Great location as it walking distance to bear mountain. Unfortunately there wasn’t any snow but the environment, hot tub, foosball table and open living room called for a great time!! Will definitely attempt to stay here again.

Celebrated by 33rd birthday in Big Bear at the Black Diamond Lodge and it was magical to say the least. The lodge exceeded all expectations and I am soooooo Happy I booked it for my family and my sister's family. We were a total of 7 people and the cabin was more than spacious. There is lots to explore in the home, the trails in the backyard, and the slopes at walking distance, which we walked with 4 kids in tow. I was even surprised by very well equipped kitchen; it even had a Keurig. So close to Big Bear Blvd. that it made all quick grocery runs simple, despite rain and snowy conditions. We experienced the first snowfall of 2018 and witnessed the bare landscape, which was beautiful, and watched the transformation to a white wispy landscape and it was GORGEOUS. I can go on and on on how great this place is. Wood was provided for the chimney, great heating, hot tub issues were quickly resolved(heating problems), and good stock of family games. Only issue was with the master bathroom bathtub, which had slow drainage causing a ring in the tub after every bath or shower. But this was MINUTE in the grand scheme of the great long weekend we had.
