Bear Creek Cabin is a wonderful family home that I want to recommend without hesitation. As the grandparent of a three generation family, who have used this wonderful cabin several times, I want to share some of my thoughts. I am very impressed with how well this home works for our group of eleven. The three levels in this home give everyone space and yet when it is time for a family dinner we all fit around a large family table with plenty of dishes. The kitchen is well equipped and the outside grill gives even more possibilities for the family cooking. My grandson and his friends love the playhouse, the pool table, the pinball machine and the TV located on the lower level. This level also has a fireplace, private bedroom, a steam shower, and a washer and dryer. My adult children enjoyed playing horseshoes and the wonderful hot tub on lower level deck. It is very convenient to be able to able to walk to the zoo and to the slopes. At the end of the day it is fun to build a nice crackling wood fire in the two fireplaces. For the youngest grandchild it is so nice to have a porta crib, high chair available, and even safety gates for the stairways. Having a deck on each of the three levels makes safe places for the little one to be outside and play in the sun or make a snowman. I could write on and on about this great mountain house but I think you know why I can recommend it to everyone from a family to a girls’ weekend away. I have enjoyed all my visits over the past four years and look forward to future visits to Bear Creek Cabin.

We stayed at Bear Creek Cabin with two other families and their children. The floor plan is family friendly and has two separate living rooms so the kids and adults can have their own space. We enjoyed the hot tub, pinball, pool table, play structure in the yard and the location of the cabin. It's close to the zoo, golf and slopes. The kitchen has plenty of space with new appliances and the cabin was clean and we all had a wonderful time relaxing in Big Bear! We will definitely stay at this cabin again!
