The house was great. Just a few things: the biggest negative was the fact that the back yard was severely unmaintained. The primary photo on VRBO is of the house’s backyard with a beautiful green lawn and a perfectly groomed volleyball court. This was definitely not the case. Either remove the picture or maintain the yard. Also, dishwasher was not working but they did not provide and dish soap and only ONE dish towel. Doing the dishes by hand was an issue with no supplies. Other than that, the house was nice, roomy, comfortable and the location was excellent.

We rented this place to have a small get together with family. There was a snow storm on the day of our check in, but it was a smooth check in and we were all set inside having hot coffee in just a couple of minutes. I immediately checked the bathroom to make sure it is clean, because a clean bathroom means a clean house. We have everything we need inside, towels are clean, kitchen utensils are clean, refrigerator is clean, the beds are well made. We can immediately relax the moment we stepped in. The hot water in the bathrooms are a hit or miss, you'll get hot water, with occasional burst of cold water every few seconds. I guess this is normal for cold snowy weather. The wifi connection is terrible on the upper level, I'm not sure if this is because the router is placed in the lower level inside a cabinet, or it's just because internet in the mountains is just terrible in general. But overall, it was a pleasant stay. Will not hesitate to rent again for our future vacations.
