10/10 Excellent First impression was great. Looked as advertised and fit our needs perfectly. The only issue was the internet wasn't working. There had been a wind storm the previous week that must have knocked it out. I sent a text and they had a guy there within a few hours with a hot spot and had the intent fixed the next day. Great communication.

We had a wonderful stay at this Big Bear cabin and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The cabin was beautiful, clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. It was the perfect size for our large group. Very spacious, comfortable, & thoughtfully laid out so everyone had room to relax. The neighborhood was great & the location was easy to get to, which made arrival & departure stress-free. Check-in & check-out were incredibly simple with self check-in using a lockbox for the keys, which we really appreciated. The host was extremely kind, responsive, and professional. When we noticed the garage door wasn’t opening, we let the host know, & within an hour they had someone come out to fix the issue. The cabin had everything we needed for our stay & even included sleds and games, which was a fun & thoughtful touch. They also allowed us to have a late check out. Overall, the space was clean, comfortable, & welcoming. We would absolutely stay here again & highly recommend it!
